Why people use Adapterry
Nothing is uploaded
Your videos are processed in your browser and never leave your device.
No account needed
Open the page and start. No email, no password.
No watermark
Your MP4 comes out clean, with no logo stamped on it.
Works offline
Once the page and video engine have loaded, you can keep working without an internet connection.
Supported formats
Add MOV, AVI, VOB or MP4 files, or a mix of them. You always get back one MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio.
What happens to your videos
Adapterry runs FFmpeg, a widely used video engine, inside your browser tab. Your files are read from your own disk and the MP4 is built on your own computer. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is no upload to wait for and no copy left behind.
If your clips come from the same phone or camera and already use H.264 video with AAC audio, Adapterry joins them without re-encoding. That is quick and keeps full quality. Mixed clips are converted to H.264 and AAC first, so the result plays on almost any device.
Questions and answers
Is Adapterry really free?
Yes. You don't need an account, and your MP4 comes out with no watermark.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser tab on your own device. Your files never reach our servers.
Which video formats can I add?
You can add MOV, AVI, VOB and MP4 files, and mix them in one job. The result is always a single MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio.
Is there a file size limit?
There is no fixed limit. Your device's memory is the real limit, so jobs of several GB work best in Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer.
How long does it take?
Matching clips from the same device are joined quickly without re-encoding. Mixed clips need a full conversion on your computer, which can take several minutes for large files, so keep the tab open.
